COLO-1517 Powder Coating Booth, Powder Reclaim Booth

COLO-1517 Powder coating booth provides a bright and clean environment for spraying process. Space-saving manual powder booth features easy and economical for powder application of small and medium-sized workpieces, 3 pcs of cartridge filters with a removable hopper achieves high efficiency of powder reclaim.

1. High-precision filters ensures only particle-free air discharged to workshop and increase powder recovery rate.

2 A user-friendly PLC panel integrates all functions, such turning on / off fans, setting pulse-jetting time and interval, light on/off, emergency stop etc.

3. Built with energy-saving lights provides bright and precse powder coating jobs.

4. A removable powder hopper at booth bottom simplifies the utilization of recovery powders

5. A high-performance fan efficiently circulate air with low noise and less energy.

6. The filters are intervally cleaned by releasing accumulated powders controlled via solenoid valve, which extends the filters' lifespans.

A: COLO-191S is more intelligent & digital, the most obvious difference is that the COLO-191S could precisely control powder flow and air flow, moreover all parameters are more easily adjusted in the digital panel. Another difference COLO-191S could customize and save 20 kinds of personalized programs. The 2 model both have 3 pre-sets, including flat-coating, corner-coating, re-coating which are meet most applications.
