The advanced manual powder coating booth is ideal for small-to-medium-sized batch powder applications, an integrated powder collection module includes high precision cartridge filters along with pulsing cleaning system, creating clean and bright finishing environment.
Configurations
1. Incorporates proven cartridge-filter technology capturing excess powders efficiently to keep environment clean.
2. The filtered powder is discharged into a collecting hopper beneath the unit which can be moved away for emptying.
3. A high-performance 4kw fan efficiently circulate air with low noise and less energy.
4. Easy-to-use PLC operation panel allows to start/stop exhaust, set pulse-jet time & interval and lift recovery hopper.
5. Designed with wheels perfectly for shops where being able to move the unit is vital.
6. Built-in 2 sets of lights creates bright and precise powder coating condition.
