COLO-2315 Powder Coating Booth, Cartridge Filter Recovery Booth

The advanced manual powder coating booth is ideal for small-to-medium-sized batch powder applications, an integrated powder collection module includes high precision cartridge filters along with pulsing cleaning system, creating clean and bright finishing environment.


Configurations

1. Incorporates proven cartridge-filter technology capturing excess powders efficiently to keep environment clean.

2. The filtered powder is discharged into a collecting hopper beneath the unit which can be moved away for emptying.

3. A high-performance 4kw fan efficiently circulate air with low noise and less energy.

4. Easy-to-use PLC operation panel allows to start/stop exhaust, set pulse-jet time & interval and lift recovery hopper.

5. Designed with wheels perfectly for shops where being able to move the unit is vital.

A: Same performance, only that the touch screen of COLO-200S makes it more intuitive to control parameters, and has one-touch function for automatically cleaning spray gun.

3.Q: What is the difference between COLO-191S & KF-X1?
A: All same except the apperance of the control panel, choose as you like, also same price.
 
5.Q: What is the difference between COLO-800D & COLO-668
 A: The only differece is the COLO-668 has one more presettinng, that is pulse-coating function which could be a good help when coating deep corners..
4.Q: What is the difference between COLO-191S & COLO-800D?
A: COLO-191S is more intelligent & digital, the most obvious difference is that the COLO-191S could precisely control powder flow and air flow, moreover all parameters are more easily adjusted in the digital panel. Another difference COLO-191S could customize and save 20 kinds of personalized programs. The 2 model both have 3 pre-sets, including flat-coating, corner-coating, re-coating which are meet most applications.
