COLO-1515 Powder Coating Oven Description

Electric heating source, features simple operation, less maintenance, and environmetal-friendly.
Efficiently raise and maintain the required temperature, saving time and energy.
The optimal airflow throughout oven enclosure creates an even, constant cure for your parts.
With working size: 1.5x1.5x1.5m, it has enough space for holding batch of small to medium sized parts.

Configurations

0.75kw circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimize temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber.
The PLC control system offers all functions you needm a user-friendly interface for operators to set precise temperature and heating time, control fan and power.
COLO powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich panel design. Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping.
Standardly equipped with two carts: internal one (loading workparts) and external one (loading internal trolley). This system allows carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.

A: COLO-191S is more intelligent & digital, the most obvious difference is that the COLO-191S could precisely control powder flow and air flow, moreover all parameters are more easily adjusted in the digital panel. Another difference COLO-191S could customize and save 20 kinds of personalized programs. The 2 model both have 3 pre-sets, including flat-coating, corner-coating, re-coating which are meet most applications.
