Configurations

• 0.75kw circulation fan circles the hot air to warm the powder coating oven interior, minimize temperature difference and guarantee uniform-heated chamber.
  

• The PLC control system offers all functions you need, a user-friendly interface for operators to set precise temperature and heating time, control fan and power.
  

• COLO powder coating oven utilizes a sandwich panel design. Rockwool insulation of at least 100mm is inserted between galvanized inner wall and color-steel external skins, effectively minimums temperature dropping. 

• Standardly equipped with two carts: internal one (loading workparts) and external one (loading internal trolley). This system allows carrying heavy elements using a small amount of force.
