Our COLO-191S applies digital valve control technology for fast and precise adjustment of all parameters. The accurate setting of kv, amperage, powder output, atomization helps you find the optimized data for different parts and powders, which greatly improves application quality, saves powder and time.

Besides, there are 3 presetting application programs for beginners: panel-coating, corner-coating, re-coating., and allows experts to create and store 20 kinds of personalized programs. 

Powerful Electrostatic Spray Gun

The 100kv high voltage spray gun maximizes the electrostatic charging capacity, always provides high transfer efficiency in the first-pass. The remote control on the gun rear allows you just press the "P" button to select between coating programs, and use the handy up and down arrows for adjusting powder flow as you coat.

Comes with full array of nozzle assortment to achieve multi-spray patterns, including flat nozzles, round nozzles and extension nozzles are ideal for penetration deep corners.

The COLO-1115 powder coating booth provides a clean processing condition, ideal for small scale powder coating business, such as car wheels/rims, bike and motorcycle parts. 

A built-in integrated powder collection module combines 2 pcs of high-precision filters capturing oversprayed powder efficiently. The filter cleaning is automaticaly acted by pulse-jets to extend filter's life.
