KF-X1 Powder Coating Controller
- Equipped with DVC (Digital Valve Controll) technology can precisely adjust all process parameters, especially suitable for repeatable adjustment of powder flow and metering air.
- Provides three one-button operation programs:Flat coating program,Corner coating program and Recoating program that are more suitable for beginners and can save 20 custom programs to make powder coating easier.
Powder Spray Gun with Nozzles
- Built-in 100kv cascade maximizes the electrostatic charging, offers highest transfer efficiency.
- With handy functions of changing powder flow and moving between coating modes just pressing the "P" button at the rear cover.
- Comes with full array of nozzle assortment for optimal effect , including flat nozzles, round nozzles with a series of deflectors, as well as extension nozzles for better penetration of corners.
Powder Hopper

- This big capacity hopper suits for long time powder coating use, and the stainless steel material features more durable and longer service life.
