KF-K1-V Electrostatic Powder Spray Gun with Hopper is beneficial for color change, and at the same time it is equipped with three different sizes of hoppers to enrich the choices, which is more suitable for various powder coating working scenes.

Controller
1. 0-100kv voltage adjustable, can be simply accessed and precisely controlled to find the optimal settings in every condition.
2. Offers 3 pre-set standard application programs for beginners, including flat part coating, corner coating and re-coating demands,
3. Easy adjustaing of powder feed and dosage air with reliable and durable regulation valves.
Powder Spray Gun
1. Built-in 100kv cascade maximizes the electrostatic charging, offers highest transfer efficiency.
2. With handy functions of changing powder flow and moving between coating modes just pressing the "P" button at the rear cover.
Powder Coating Hopper
Three different powder coating hoppers are available for you to choose from, allowing you to match them as you wish.
1. Mini 03, Diameter 10 x Height 10cm, Capacity: 1 lb
2. Mini B, Diameter 10 x Height 20cm, Capacity: 2 lbs
3. Mini 02, Diameter 20 x Height 30cm, Capacity: 10 lbs
Spray Nozzles
Comes with full array of nozzle assortment for optimal effect , including flat nozzles, round nozzles with a series of deflectors, as well as extension nozzles for better penetration of corners.
Powder Pump
1. Delivers more powders to spray guns using less compressed air, achieves efficient material utilization and lower consumption costs.
2. A plug-in powder injector that can be detached without any tools, allows fast cleaning and maintenance.
Trolley
1. A vibrating motor in the trolley fluidizes the powder, breaks up powder accumulation, removes absorbed moisture, improves powder coating quality.
2. The movable trolley makes the powder coating machine easy to transport within the production area.
