COLO-191S Portable Powder Coating Gun with Small Hoppers

This powder coating gun unit comes with a bracket mounted with COLO-191S controller and air filter,  COLO-08 spray gun, a set of fluidizing hopper, as well as other spare parts. It is flexibile to integrate with different hoppers for multiple application.

COLO-191S Intelligent Controller

- Applies digital control valve (DVC) technology for fast and precise adjustment of all electric and pneumatic processing parameters like kv, amperage, powder flow, atomization, etc.

- The unique function - precise regulation of powder output allows users always applying right powders for each application,  which siginificantly saves powders, improves coating film unifomity.

Pre-set & Customized Programs

- Offers beginners 3 pre-set application programs, selecting with the 3 touch keys

Flat-parts coating: ideal for the coating of panels and flat parts

Complicated parts coating: designed for the coating of three dimensional parts with complex shapes

Re-coating: this program is optimized for the re-coating of parts which have already been coated.

- Allows experienced users to create and store customized 20 application programs, optimized for their parts and powder. Each workpart can be coated always with its individual settings, and users can easily call back them.

100kv Powder Spray Gun

- The 100kv spray gun maximizes the electrostatic charging capacity, and allows remote control of powder flow changes as well as moving between coating modes just pressing the "P" button.

- 500g Lightweight spray gun with ergonomic design tends to reduce operator's fatigue after long time use.

Multi-Spray-Pattern Nozzles

- Comes with full array of nozzle assortment with different spray patterns to optimize your spray effect.

- Round nozzles with defectors and flat spray nozzles are suitable for most common workparts, nozzles with an extension is easier to penetrate deep corners.

Fluidizing Powder Hopper

- 10lbs stainless steel fluidizing hopper type is ideal for small scale production, durable and easy to clean.

- 2 lbs lfuidizing hopper is designed for small jobs or testing jobs. It can be disassambled into separated parts for easy cleaning and quick color changing

-  1 pound fludizing cup can be also disassambled, it is ideal for very small series coating, or testing jobs at manufacturers. This application cup is directly connected to the gun by quick release connection without pump and hose installed.
