COLO-668 Intelligent Controller
- Allows high voltage adjustable from 0-100kv by keyboards, the kv and amperage values will be precisely shown on the digital display.
-Provide 4 pre-sets coating programs, giving quick change of different metal shapes:
Flat mode: suitable simple panel shape parts.
Corner mode: suitable for coating deep corner
Re-coat mode: suitable for repairing coating
Pulse coating mode: repidly recharge the powder for high transfer efficiency, a coating option that is able to penetrate tough Faraday cage areas, reducing time and material consumption
Powder Fluidizing Hopper
- Size: Dia10 * Height20 cm, Capacity: 2 lbs powders.
- Can be disassembled into seperated parts, easy for cleaning
- The fluidizing cup delivers smooth powder flow and suits for fast color change demands.
100kv Powerful Electrostatic Spray Gun
- The 100KV powder spray gun allows the powder to adhere electrostatically as much as possible, and always maintains the highest transmission efficiency even after long-term use, most of the powder is attracted to the metal parts, and the waste is minimal.
